Returns & Refund Policy
🕒 Return Window
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Some health and personal care items
🧾 Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Books with clear signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns received more than 30 days after delivery
💳 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund officially posts
- Contact your bank—processing time can vary

🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at {your@email.com} and ship your item to:

🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return. Once received, a gift credit will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the gift wasn’t shipped to you directly, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
